Return/Exchange Policy
Customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we want to make certain that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We have set certain guidelines, to help ensure a quick and hassle-free return & exchange.
Please follow the process carefully, so that there will be no complications later:
Step#1: Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. Do not throw out the box or any of the original packaging that the product was received in. If you see damages to your product or need to return it, please make sure you receive an RMA ( Return Merchandise Authorization ) within 3 days of receiving product.
Step #2: To receive an RMA, one must go to our contact information on the website, and fill in the simple questionnaire provided. Upon submitting information, a customer service representative will provide you with a return number, and address to send products to.
Step #3: place the RMA number upon the box and upon a copy of the original packing slip, ( Keep in mind, if you do not place numbers we won’t know who sent it ). The items must be shipped with a carrier that provides tracking for the shipment.
Step#4: Upon us receiving the outfit, if it is in the original shape and packaging, we will reimburse you for your purchase. You are however responsible for the shipping costs to and from you, and all returns are subject to a $10.00 USD restocking fee.
